Who we are
MeezabTech builds AI, automation and software systems for businesses. We are based in Yerevan, Armenia, and work with clients across the GCC, the United States and worldwide.

What this website collects
The contact form is the only place this website asks you for anything. If you fill it in, we receive what you typed: your name, company, business email, phone number, country, industry, what you would like to automate, an optional message, and the fact that you ticked the consent box.
If you do not fill in the form, we do not collect anything about you.
What we do with it
We use what you send to reply to you and to discuss whether we can help. That is the whole purpose.
We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for. We do not use it to build a profile of you, and we do not send it anywhere it is not needed to answer your inquiry.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session tracking, and it stores nothing in your browser.
We do not know who visits, how often, or where from, beyond the ordinary server records described below.
Other companies involved
Running a website means a few other companies necessarily handle a request when your browser makes one:
Cloudflare hosts and serves these pages. Like any web host, it records ordinary request information, including IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
Google Fonts serves the typeface used on this site. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If you would prefer that not to happen, tell us and we will host the font ourselves.
Our email provider transmits the inquiry from the form to our inbox once you press send, and therefore handles what you wrote.
We do not give any of these companies permission to use your information for their own marketing.
How it is protected
The site is served over an encrypted connection. What you submit is checked on our server, not only in your browser, and the credentials our systems use are held as environment secrets rather than written into the website’s code.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. We keep the amount of information we hold small, which is the most reliable protection there is.
How long it is kept
Inquiries arrive as email and stay in our inbox while the conversation is live and for as long afterwards as our ordinary business records require. There is no separate database of website visitors.
What you can ask us to do
Write to info@meezabtech.com and we will tell you what we hold from your inquiry, correct it, or delete it. We will not ask you to justify the request.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described rather than slipped in.
